    Everywhere you look there are cars parked somewhere, mainly illegally. Where I live there are always cars parked opposite each other and on each corner. An ambulance or fire engine would'nt stand a chance of reaching anyone in an emergency. You only get moaned and screeched at if you ask someone to move to allow you to continue driving.
