Fantastic atmosphere with great rugs

I was asked after a minute or two of browsing whether I wanted any help, showing how helpful the floor helpers were. It puts you at your ease when you feel that the staff are really friendly. I thought the rugs were great, lots of different colours and designs as well as sizes for all floors. I was really just looking for a point more in the future but when I asked about deliveries that man said that seeing as I was local they might be able to, even thought it wasn't routine policy. If not they certainly seemed the sort of shop who would help you get it to your car. So I was thoroughly impressed by the shop and will definitely get future purchases from there.

    Good service (mostly) and a great product

       

    I have just bought a rug from the Wilton Carpet Factory in Hedge End. Its actually a birthday present and I was in on other business when it struck me that a rug might make a nice gift... The range on offer matched what I was looking for perfectly and it was difficult making a final choice. One of the three assistants I saw in the shop showed little interest and no inclination to help with my browsing, but the assistant who finally served me couldnt have been more helpful even carrying the rug to my car.
