Whether you are after a filled roll or something a little more treat worthy, this lovely bakery is the place to come. The staff are always very polite and even if there is a bit of a queue, it goes down quickly so don't ever be put off. The fresh bread and cakes do tend to fly off the shelf so get there early as by mid afternoon, the stock is very depleted.

Bakers Dozen does some of the yummiest cakes and bread you could hope for! Really moist and light and you can choose from a wide enough choice of flavours and sizes that you're bound to find something that really get you going! They always taste fresh, I think because they're so popular that the turn over is high and nothing stays there for long! The space itself is always clean and well kept too.

The shop is very open and bright and the staff polite and friendly. The highlight for me is definitely the variety of delicious cakes on offer but the large choice of bread is also appealing; I have been in at different times of day and there as always been a selection on offer. You can make your choice surrounded by the sweet smell of freshly baked bread!
The gateaux in here are heavenly and really good value for what you get. My favourite is the coffee and walnut although the lemon comes close. Theres a good selection of smaller cakes and different breads, including some speciality ones. The only problem I have with the shop is that it closes too early in the day about 4.00pm.
