The exhibition will last for six weeks, with the display changed every two weeks and a total of 50 photos available for viewing during that time, all of which are for sale.
Currently there are 20 on display, taken by Bishop’s Waltham Camera Club members Roy Curtis, Mac Didymus, John Moore, Jane Tennant, Brenda Baker, Alan Inder and Steve Shaw.
Along with the picture of Exbury Gardens there are photos of the Solent close to home. From warmer climes there are giraffes, zebras, tigers, mountain gorillas, and scenes from Cambodia, images from Costa Rica.
All photos currently on display, A4 size and un-mounted, are £10.00 and are available from the camera club up until 1 February – contact John Moore on 01489 895008, or email jonxmor4@yahoo.com.
John Moore is also the person to contact if you’re interested in joining Bishop’s Waltham Camera Club.
See the Hedge End Library page on the Hampshire County Council website for details of opening times – and if you’ve visited the exhibition, why not write a review for Hedgeendpeople!
Comments
Like you say, it would be nice to see pictures of things other than snow! We seem to get a bit snow-crazy when it arrives and the world revolves round the stuff! This exhibition looks really good.
