Impressed, well half-impressed actually...

Its nice to write about things that impress me. Had a good example this last weekend, where I was genuinely impressed with the level of service provided.
Well, I was half-impressed actually: it took me a couple of dozen phone-calls before somebody at Atlantic Housing answered the "Maintenance Emergency" helpline, that was far too many calls, but once they actually answered the phone the faulty Central Heating Boiler at my friends flat was repaired very efficiently indeed. I can't fault the service once I eventually got through and spoke to somebody...
We literally only just had enough time to get back to the flat in Chandlers Ford where there was a problem, before the Gas Engineer was there on a call-out to fix it. We hadn't even got round to putting the kettle on before he knocked on the door. Even better, the necessary parts were on his van and the boiler was operational again within an hour...
So well done Atlantic Housing / First Wessex, but for Worzels sake please employ somebody else to answer the phones...!
