Celebration showcase at the Holiday Inn Winchester

Anyone planning a major celebration or wedding are being advised to visit the new Holiday Inn hotel Winchester on 21 March.

 

That’s because the first celebration showcase event is taking place at the four-star venue that will inspire anyone who’s planning a special occasion.

 

In conjunction with WOW Weddings and LK Bennett fashion house, the event will include a host of wedding and celebration experts who will be on hand to offer advice and guidance to make any celebration run smoothly.

 

Many of the counties leading wedding professionals will be there to share their expertise and offer advice on making any celebration have the wow factor and includes florists, photographers, caterers, party organisers and wedding planners.

 

Linda Williams, sales manager at the hotel said: “This event is a must for anyone who is planning a big celebration event. To have all these experts under the same roof in the region’s newest hotel will go a long way to helping organisers with their arrangements.”

 

The hotel is also launching a new online wedding service for brides to be. A bespoke website, this easy to use personalised service includes a gift service and accommodation booking service for all the guests. This means more time for the organiser and quick secure processes for all the confirmations. Brides love it.

 

Linda added: “The months leading up to any celebration, anniversary party, graduation ball or festive spectacular can be rather involved so this showcase will help anyone with their planning ideas and make their wedding or party run that little bit more smoothly.

The event is taking place between 11.00am and 3.30pm on Sunday 21 March. Two spectacular fashion shows will take place 12 noon and 2.30pm where brides will be able to gain unique ideas and view styles from several fashion houses including L.K. Bennett of Winchester.
