Not the best on offer

Never quite sure about this store because one day I have brilliant customer service and the next day it can be awful. In general you have to wait for a long time at the enquiries desk for someone to help you and I have found the advice to be very vague at times, leading me to query whether the assistants know what they are talking about. Sometimes the staff have been downright rude, which is never acceptable. With other electrical suppliers nearby in Hedge End, Currys is never first on my list.
