I have some deep injuries - this was the reason for visiting Sharon. After a full consultation which addressed my injuries she suggested the problem I had was a symptom and attacked the root cause. I can honestly say that my body has not felt this good for YEARS ! Deep tissue massage and stretching ligaments eased pain in the epicentre of the symptom, and relieved pain in other parts of my body that I was unaware of - due to compensating for the main problem. I cannot recommend Sharon strongly enough. Although the cause was addressed and eased on the first visit, I will be a regular client for the stretching and relaxing of deep muscles I am unaware of knotting. Thank you, Sharon :-)
