Since the first meeting I have been busy writing, trying to put something together to read at the next meeting. I am not confident about reading aloud but the rest of the group seemed so friendly and the atmosphere was so relaxed that I am going to give it a go.

ReportLast night saw the first meeting of West End Writers. The meeting was conducted in an informal setting with everybody providing details of their writing interests. We ended the evening with a hands on writing activity to get the thoughts flowing. The next meeting will provide the opportunity for writers to read some of their own work. New members will be welcomed.
