A platform for new and emerging writing talent in Hampshire.

The Berry Theatre presents an evening of script-in-hand performances directed by Sarah Brigham (Artistic Director of The Berry Theatre and The Point).

You will see work in progress presented by a creative team of people looking to offer an example of how these plays could work on stage for the first time.

The scripts will be the result of a weekend writing workshop focused on developing new short plays specifically for performance at The Berry Theatre.

Where possible the plays will be linked by theme and the evening will showcase varied styles and different approaches to writing to the stage.

This is an excellent opportunity for audience members and writers to discuss new work and see work in progress by emerging playwrights in Hampshire.
