There appears to be a reluctance for teachers & governors to use the word 'bullying' when addressing issues regarding their own school these days. Also, when parents are concerned that their children maybe being bullied I have noticed that teachers & governors talk about 'the parents having issues'. Surely it's the bullied child that has the issue? Any thoughts anyone ?
