TEST MATCH PARKING IN GRETA PARK is on front page of the 'News Extra & Advertiser' paper this week. Well at last, this should put the word out to all Hedge End residents regarding this dreadful proposal. I think Keith House has his fingers in too many pies personnally, being on Eastleigh council as well, and forgot about us when he seconded the proposal to look at this sceme in principle.

Too many pies means leads to the potential for a conflict of interests.......in this case OUR INTERESTS !

Also:- Interesting article in the Echo last year stating just how many things he and Louise Bloom (his partener) were involved in, also interesting that they claimed £80,000 between them in costs from the taxpayer !

Just to say that the particular article you have posted is over a year old and most of use new about this anyway. Plus i'm sure he knows he is not out of boiling water yet and so yes he has made the bad decision on the match parking and hopefully with all the revolt he will see that but don't bring up the past as thereis no point. Also he's not the worst person for exspenses.

I also remember a story (appeared in Echo, News Extra and the local Council freebie paper) about Eastleigh Borough Council and Bluestar buses working together to make the buses carbon free...

Besides that carbon free story being "spin" Andy, the practicalities and the science are such that your buses still cover me in soot and CO fumes every time one pases me in the street, that partnership seems like another pie...!

We must of course learn from the past, have things chnged sionce then. Tell us if you know more. I only mentioned it because it was the first I'd heard about it. So where can we get this years figures from? I not having a personal attack at him, Id like to know what ALL the councilors are up to.

We MUST learn from the past Andy otherwise we are condemmed to committing the mistakes of the past again and again. Have things changed? If you know more then please enlighten us. I only mentioned it at all because it was the first that I'd heard of it. Personnally I would like to know what ALL our councilors are involved in and how much they claim in expences. Where can we find out, anyone know? Let us remember....most residents only found out about the parking propsals through chance and the good will of one individual who decided to inform the community properly.
