NEW Celebrity Cookery Book - NOW OUT!

The new Botley School cookery book is now available to buy for ONLY £8 - all the proceeds from the sale of this book go to help save their school swimming pool.

The book has over 180 celebrity recipes all related to Christmas and Party Recipes. Celebrity recipes include Amanda Holden's Vegetarian Nutroast, Sarah Harding's Banoffe Pie, Sir Alex Ferguson's Beef Filler a la Fergie and Zoé Wanamaker's Cheese Snitch.

The cookery book second in the series is the brain wave of year 6 student Natasha Coe, who launched the first cookery book "IN AT THE DEEP END" in 2008 with special guests Iwan Thomas, Peter Waterfield, Francis Benali, Alina Jenkins and Simon Clarke. The proceeds of which raised over £7,000 towards the pool fund. Natasha said" After the success of the first book, I wanted to do one more book before I left, so that future students will have the chance to swim, like I did".

The cookery book was launched at the schools music festival to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the swimming pool.
Live band acts included members of Rufus Stone, Shirin, Snake Oil, What Is Life For and Somethin-Else. Other live acts included the New Music Makers community choir, Sally Johnson academy of dance, 14th Eastleigh Spitfires and the d@art centres Noisy Voices.

The cookery book is available from 'The Naked Baker' , 'Optique' and 'R & M Supplies Fruit & Veg' in Hedge End, 'Etikett', 'Just Add Imagination' and 'Penny Farthing Gallery' in Botley and from Botley C of E School also 'Pat Staples Interior Designs' in Bishops Waltham. The book sales for £8 and all profits go to the 'Save the school pool fund'.
