Hello people of Hedge End. Do you or anyone you know suffer from the lung condition COPD ( Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ?) if so there is now a support group in your area! ...BREATHE EASY HEDGE END, We meet every Friday at The Underhill centre , St Johns Rd, Hedge End, for an hours exercise programme specially for this condition , all equipment supplied. On the second Friday of the month we have a speaker/visitor ( next one Friday 14th October) and these start at 2pm till 4pm, No hefty Gym charges ! just a small donation to cover the cost of the hall and this includes light refreshment. It is a very supportive group and the benefits of taking control of your condition are well worth it, all carers are welcome to join you, why not pop in and see how we can help you .
