Hedge Ends MP Chris Huhne will be facing further speculation about his future this week as the Sunday Times reveals that police have obtained a court order forcing the paper to hand over evidence it claims implicates our MP in penalty point dodging.

If the paper has details implicating an MP such as Chris Huhne in a serious case of trying to hide evidence of a crime? then surely the law has the right to demand that this evidence be passed to the police with immediate effect. with holding evidence is in itself a crime as i understood it? We must be seen to uphold the law whoever is involved , If Mr Huhne has nothing to hide then he has nothing to fear from submitting all/any evidence .
