So they have. I've commented on the Echo website: its interesting how their system asterisks out certain four-letter words...!
Now that the Echo have published the story, maybe some other HedgeEnders with views (either-way) on the proposed abuse of Greta Park by the LibDem Town Junta would write to the letters page in the Echo...?
It would help if as many people as possible could do this please.
If you care about Greta Park, get writing.
You can email your letters to letters@dailyecho.co.uk , so it won't even cost you a stamp. You do need to supply your name, address and phone no for the letter to be considered for publication, though you can ask for it to be published anonymously...
And there's one other incentive. If your letter is published, it will eventually be stored in the archives at the British Library. So in 500 years time when historians are researching the history of Hedge End and Greta Park, your role in helping to save it will be there in the records, for all to see.
p.s. that four-letter word wasn't "banjo"...!
