I am a technophobe and so seem to end up in this shop a lot asking questions to do with products I have either already purchased or am looking at buying. Everyone has been willing to help me in here and if they can't then have managed to find someone else who can. Even for the smallest questions I have had a good answer! I recently got a laptop from here and bought a bag and insurance to help if there were any problems- with this came a free backing up system just in case too. PC World catered for all my needs.
