I can thorougly recommend a course with Desi Master Class. With a range of courses available I chose an ambitious day with a variety of dishes and had a thoroughly interesting and enjoyable day. I have been cooking curries for a good few years but being largely self taught I was delighted to have the opportunity to see first hand and learn from a qualified and experienced practitioner who has a passion for her art and a clear and natural way of teaching. Working from clearly presented recipes which she has developed herself, Sunita provides sound advice on technique, sources and equipment, and she recommends some interesting ingredients to ensure the individual character of each dish. The day proceeds at just the right pace, Sunita is a lively and engaging teacher and at the end of a good day's work in a relaxed environment , armed with the delicious products of my labours, I felt I had learned and achieved a great deal. I am now filled with enthusism and confidence that I can impress my friends and family with new found skills. It was excellent value and the best Christmas present I have had for many years.
