Dropped kerbs and H bars

I experienced a problem with inconsiderate and obstructive parking today.

White H bar and dropped kerb
Offenders usually regard it as trivial, but its hellishly stressful to the victim. I'm sure that many readers of Hedge End People will have experienced it too and will know what I mean.
There's more on my blog if the subject interests you.

I'm happy to do what I can to help anybody who encounters the same problem. There are several ways of contacting me directly (Facebook, Twitter, Email) if you follow the links in my blog.

I've now had a reply from Eastleigh Borough Council, which I've written-up on my blog, at http://tinyurl.com/3le8rth
I've also requested that Parking Services at Eastleigh Borough Council provide a number that we can use to contact them outside of normal office hours, i.e. at evenings and weekends. Its not really right that we should bother the Police with this problem. We need the civilian parking enforcement team to be more effective and to provide a better service.
